Refund policy

Vibe On Records does not offer returns on products sold direct-to-consumer. 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 74 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigage the issue. If your item is damaged, please include photos of the item(s) and shipping box. If there is a playback issue, please include a video.

Some minor cosmetic damage (such as minor bumps or shrink wrap issues) and/or warping can occur during production and shipping. These will not be exchanged or refunded. Major cosmetic damage to the sleeves will not warrant a refund or exchange, however a gesture of goodwill may be offered to compensate for the damage and/or a replacement sleeve will be offered (if available). 

Any damaged items returned using our self service, will not be investigated, exchanged, refunded or returned.
