Q: I pre-ordered an item. When will it ship?
A: Estimated ship dates are posted on individual product pages. If a delay occurs, you will receive a notification email. If you pre-order multiple items with varying ship dates, your order will ship once all items are in stock.

Q: I ordered two items, one of which is a pre-order. When should I expect it to ship?
A: Orders ship when all items are in stock. If you'd like us to cancel your order so that your in-stock items will ship immediately, please let us know.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Provided all ordered items are in stock, your order will ship within 24-48 hours of submission. You will automatically receive tracking information when your order ships. Transit times are dependent upon delivery providers and are not up to Vibe On Records.

Q: I placed an order but changed my mind. How do I cancel?
A: Please send us an email with your order number and we will be happy to assist. Please note that once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Q: My order arrived damaged. How can you help?
A: Please email us with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item(s) within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide further instruction for either a return and replacement or insurance claim, depending on the individual situation.

Q: Why don't you ship to my country/region?
A: We are limited by licensing agreements and can only sell to customers in countries where the rights holder has authorization to distribute the material.

Q: I have a reissue request! Who can I give my idea to?
A: Send us an email! We have a long list of titles we'd like to work on, but we're also interested in customer requests.

Q: Are your titles sold in brick-and-mortar stores?
A: For the most part, Vibe On's catalog is primarily available via our website. When we get our items on store shelves, we'll make sure to post on our social media pages.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards via the Stripe payment gateway. We also offer payment plans via PayPal and Afterpay.

Q: I am a journalist and would like to interview you for my publication. Who can I contact?
A: Send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP!

Q: I am a musician and would like for my music to be considered for release by Vibe On. How do I make that happen?
A: We would love to work directly with artists! Send us an email with as much information as possible and we will respond as soon as we can.
